The Clyde Hill neighborhood is matchless because of its prime location--virtually in the heart of downtown Bellevue with the peaceful feel of years gone by. It’s a large area that provides an assortment of homes of all shapes & sizes, ranging from 1,000 square foot vintage ramblers to gigantic, gated estates.
Although Clyde Hill is a technically a city in itself, the Clyde Hill neighborhood is known by most West Bellevue residents as being west of I-405 & northwest to Bellevue Square Mall. The neighborhood features five schools: Clyde Hill simple School, Chinook Middle School, Bellevue Christian School, & Sacred Heart School.
Clyde Hill is home to several parks. The Clyde Hill City Park is located east of 95th Place NE & features the Northwest Community middle Park, a collection of classrooms where locals can learn how to make pottery, design art pieces, & take exercise classes. Other neighborhood parks include Chism Beach Park, the Downtown Bellevue Park & Rose Garden, & the Bellevue Botanical Garden.
The neighborhood features walking hills & panoramic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainer, & the Bellevue & Seattle skylines. it's also an simple to Downtown Bellevue's spectacular shopping, restaurants, film theaters, & a King County Regional Library.
The tiny towns of Medina, Hunt’s Point, & Yarrow Point all lie between Clyde Hill & Lake Washington, although access to the waterfront is available by the local parks.
